Charge Transfer Reaction Between L-Threonine and Tetrachloro-p-Benzoquinone
摘 要
L-苏氨酸与四氯对苯醌发生荷移反应,建立一种测定L-苏氨酸新的光谱分析方法.在硼砂溶液中,L-苏氨酸与四氯对苯醌生成稳定的1∶1络合物,其λmax=220.3 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1,在0.39~1.94 mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律.药物样品L-苏氨酸含量,与文献方法测定结果一致,回收率为99.8%~100.3%,相对标准偏差在1%以内.该方法可用于药物分析.
Abstract
In a borate buffer solution of pH 9.0,charge-transfer reaction between L-threonine and tetrachloro-p-benzoquinone was observed,and the complex formed had its absorption maxima at the wavelength of 220.3 nm and the value of its apparent molar absorptivity of 5.9×105L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0.39-1.94 mg·L-1 of L-threonine.This method was applied to the determination of L-threonine in samples of injection liquor,giving results in consistency with the results obtained by method in pharmacopoeia,and the value of RSD′s (n=9) found was less than 1%.Results of recovery test obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 99.8%-100.3%.
