Linear Approximation of Lambert-Beer′s Law and Its Application to Ultra-Micro Analysis by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
摘 要
对原子吸收光谱法在超微量测试中,给出了朗伯-比耳定律的近似公式,建立了测定值和透光度的变化值之间的近似线性关系.试验表明,可使原子吸收光谱法的灵敏度提高2~3个数量级.
Abstract
Based on the Lambert-Beer′s Law and considering the determination of ultramicro amounts of substances by AAS,an approximate linear relationship between the transmittancy and concentration of the measured substance was derived.As shown by experimental results,by its application,the sensitivity of AAS was increased by 2 to 3 orders of magnitude.
