HPLC Determination of Solanesol in Waste of Solanaceae Plants
摘 要
采用高效液相色谱法对我国东北地区茄科植物废弃物马铃薯、茄子、番茄和辣椒的叶片中茄尼醇进行了定性和定量分析.结果表明:马铃薯和茄子的叶片中茄尼醇质量分数较高,分别可达到0.331%和0.207%;番茄和辣椒的叶片中茄尼醇的质量分数分别为0.092%和0.089%.方法的线性范围为0.61~6.10 μg,回收率为99.5%~103.3%.
Abstract
HPLC was applied to the identification and determination of solanesol in leaves of solanaceae plants (i.e.potato,eggplant,tomato and capsicum) grown in the northeastern part of our country.It was found that contents of solanesol in potato and eggplant leaves were relatively high,achieved to values of (w) 0.331% and 0.207% respectively and that only (w) 0.092% and 0.089% of solanesol were found in leaves of tomato and capsicum respectively.Linearity range of the proposed method was from 0.61-6.10 μg,and results of recovery test were in the range from 99.5%-103.3%.
