Ion Chromatographic Separation and Determination of Inulenin in Tuber of Jerusalem Artichoke and Chicory Root with Pulsed Amperometric Detection
摘 要
研究了采用离子色谱分离各种不同来源菊糖的方法,该方法能够检出1 mg·L-1含量的目标糖,能够区分组成只有一个单糖单位差异的果糖同系物.
Abstract
A laboratory method of separation and determination of inulenin in root tuber and stem tuber of Jerusalem artichoke or chicory by ion chromatography with pulsed amperometric detection was established. Detection limit of 1 mg·L-1 was found for the target sugar. Differentiation of fructose homologues having structural differences of one monosaccharide unit was achieved by the proposed method.
