Test of Performance Property of Macroporous Strongly Basic Anion Exchange Resins By FI-Spectrometry
摘 要
应用自行设计的流动注射分析流路及含有Hg(SCN)2和硝酸铁的显色溶液测定氯离子的光度法检测了大孔型强碱性阴离子交换树脂的交换性能.在FIA流路中装置了一支微型离子交换柱,其中装入需检测的树脂.用含一定浓度的氯离子溶液(稀盐酸溶液)作为检测试剂.并令其流过交换柱.用光度法连续检测从交换柱出口取得的流出液中的氯离子浓度.根据测得的氯离子浓度的数据,对影响树脂交换性能的因素,包括检测试剂和再生剂的浓度以及它们的流速等作出结论,并获得树脂交换性能的最佳条件如下:① 微型交换柱的尺寸:长度57 mm,内径3.0 mm;② 树脂层高度:40 mm;③ 树脂量:0.172 0 g;④ 再生剂浓度及流速:30 g·L-1,0.6 mL·min-1;⑤ 消耗再生剂体积:433 mL;⑥ 检测试剂浓度及流速:20 mg·L-1氯离子的盐酸溶液,1.3 mL·min-1.
Abstract
A FIA manifold was designed and photometric determination of chloride ion with the color reagent containing Hg(SCN)2 and Fe(NO3)3 was used in the testing for the performance property of strongly basic anion exchange resins of macroporosity.A micro ionexchange column was incroporated in the FIA manifold,and the resin sample was filled into the column.Dilute hydrochloric acid solution with definite concentration was used as testing solution and passed through the exchange column.Chloride concentration in effluentsobtained at the outlet of the exchange column was determined continuously.Based on the data of chloride concentrations found,factors affecting the performance property,including concentration of testing solution and re-generant as well as the flow-rate etc.,were determined.The optimum conditions found were as follows: ① size of ion-exchange column: length 57 nm,i.d. 3.0 mm;② height of resin layer: 40 mm;③ amount of resin taken: 0.172 0 g;④ concn.of re-generant: 30 g·L-1 with flow-rate of 0.6 mL·min-1;⑤ volume of regerant used: 433 mL;⑥ testing solution: 20 mg·L-1 chloride solution (HCl solution),with flow-rate of 1.3 mL·min-1.
