Combination Reaction Between Molecules of DNA and 5-Br-PAN-S
摘 要
利用光谱修正技术研究脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)与5-Br-PAN-S(L)分子间的相互作用,通过pH 8.04的介质中DNA与5-Br-PAN-S反应的光谱研究,测定了结合产物的物理化学参数:10 ℃时探针L与DNA的结合比为4.3,结合常数K=0.6118×106;30 ℃时探针L与DNA的结合比为3.7,结合常数K=0.676 9×106.此结合反应符合Langmuir吸附方程,该方法可应用于痕量DNA的测定.
Abstract
The interaction of molecules of DNA with 5-Br-PAN-S was studied by applying the spectral correction technique.Through absorptio-spectrometry,In a buffer medium of pH 8.04,the physical chemical parameters of the combination product were studied by spectro-photometry.The combination ratio between 5-Br-PAN-S and DNA (L∶DNA) at 10 ℃ was found to be 4.3,with combination constant of 0.611 8×106;while at 30 ℃,the ratio was 3.7 with combination constant of 0.676 9×106.It was found that the interaction conformed with the Langmuir adsorption equation.This interaction was feasible to be used for the determination of DNA.
