Recent Progress of Research and Application of Monolithic Chromatographic Column
摘 要
对整体色谱柱,一种色谱柱的原位合成制备新技术,在近十年来的研究和应用的新进展作了评述,内容主要涉及此新技术的优点,有机聚合物整体柱的制备、分类和应用及无机整体柱的制备、分类和应用;对其发展及展望也作了简要论述(引用文献38篇).
Abstract
A review on the recent progress of research and application of monolithic chromatographic column,a novel in-situ column preparation technique,during the last decade was presented in this paper,pertaining mainly to its advantages,preparation,classification and application of the organic polymer monolithic chromatographic column and of the inorganic monolithic chromatographic column,as well as a brief discussion on its future prospects (38 ref.cited).
