Determination of Colority of Sewage Water
摘 要
作为对常规方法的改进,提出用分光光度法代替目视比色法作为污水色度的测试方法,并采用重铬酸钾及硫酸钴配制的稀硫酸溶液(酸度约0.02 mol·L-1)作为测定色度的标准溶液.以此标准溶液的吸收峰350 nm作为测定波长测定标准及水样的吸光度.制作了色度在10°~100°之间的标准曲线,对试液的温度、浊度及酸度的影响作了试验,此方法的检出限为色度5°.
Abstract
As a modification for the conventional method,determination of colority of sewage water was improved by using spectrophotometry instead of the visual colorimetry,and using a dil. H2SO4 solution (ca. 0.02 mol·L-1) of K2Cr2O7 and CoSO4 as standard solution for preparation of standard cuve. Measurement of absorbance was made at the wavelength of 350 nm,which is the absorption maxima of the standard solution. A linear standard curve covering colority between 10° to 100° was prepared. Factors influential to the determination (i.e. temperature,turbidity and acidity of the water sample) were studied. Detection limit of this method was found to be 5°.
