Ion Chromatographic Determination of Traces Anions in Sulfolane
摘 要
采用离子交换树脂处理除去样品中杂质干扰组分,很好地消除了基体效应.以Dionex AS9-HC作为分离柱,AG9-HC作为保护柱,9 mmol·L-1碳酸钠溶液作为淋洗液,抑制电导检测.离子色谱法测定环丁砜中氯离子、硝酸根、硫酸根阴离子,检出限分别为14,39,54 μg·L-1,方法的回收率在104.2%~123.2%之间.
Abstract
Anion exchange resin was used in the sample pretreatment to remove interfering ions present as impurities and also to eliminate effectively the matrix effect.Dionex IonPac AS9-HC column was used as separation column,with AG9-HC protective column.9 mmol·L-1 sodium carbonate solution was used as the mobile phase and the suppression conductivity detection was applied in the determination.Detection limits of chloride,nitrate and sulfate ions in the analysis of sulfolane samples were found to be 14,39 and 54 μg·L-1 respectively.Values of recovery found for these 3 anions were in the range of 104.2%-123.2%.
