AAS Determination of Copper,Silver and Zinc in Tea with Nebulous Phase Reaction-Vapour Generation
摘 要
将自制的双通道雾化器组装于蒸气发生-原子吸收光谱仪的系统中,应用此双通道雾化器,使处于蒸气状态的反应物的反应效率得到提高,而在传输过程中的损失得以降低.将此改进后的蒸气发生原子吸收光谱法应用于测定茶叶中铜、银及锌的含量,其检出限(S/N=3)依次为3.6,1.6及0.18 μg·L-1.以3个茶叶样品为基体对铜、银及锌的回收进行了试验,所得回收率在93%~105%之间.
Abstract
A self-made bi-channel nebulizer was used in combination with instrumentation of vapour-generation atomic absorption spectrometry (VG-AAS).Raising of reaction efficiency and lowering of loss during transmission of the hydrides in vapour state were achieved by using this bi-channel nebulizer.In the application of the proposed method to determination of copper,silver and zinc in tea,detection limits (S/N=3) found were 3.6,1.6 and 0.18 μg·L-1 respectively.Tests for recovery were made with 3 tea samples,giving values of recovery in the range from 93% to 105%.
