Determination of Chemical Components in Iron Ores by XRF Spectrometry
摘 要
利用助熔剂,将铁矿石样品在高温下熔融成玻璃圆片,从而消除矿物结构效应,并降低基体效应的影响,研究了熔样的条件和灼烧减(增)量对全铁分析结果的影响,应用经验系数法校正了基体的吸收激励效应,提出了铁矿石的X射线荧光光谱法,测定了铁矿石中TFe、P、SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、V2O5、TiO2、MgO等8种化学成分.
Abstract
The iron ore sample was fused with Li2B4O7-Li2CO3 at 1 120 ℃ to form a glassy circular slice which was used for XRFS analysis,and the structural effect was thus be eliminated and matrix effect reduced.Conditions of fusion and effects of mass change during fusion on analytical results were studied.Experiential factors were applied to the correction of the matrix absorption excitation effect.A XRFS method for determination of total Fe,P,SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,V2O5,TiO2 and MgO was proposed.
