FAAS Determination of Micro Amounts Elements in Some Chinese Traditional Medicines
摘 要
应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了几种理气类中药中对人体必需的4项微量元素,即铁、铜、锰及锌,选择此类药物中的5种,即陈皮、佛手、川楝子、香木及香附子作为研究的对象.对用水煎煮此5种中药时,上述微量元素的溶取率也进行了试验.在火焰原子吸收光谱法测定时,试样系用以4比1体积比混合的硝酸-高氯酸混合酸消化,对仪器的工作条件也作了详细叙述,所得数据对相关药物的有效理利具有参考价值.
Abstract
Four micro amounts elements,i.e.,Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn,which were found to be essential for human healthy,were determined in some traditional Chinese medicines,especially those belonging to the category of vital energy regulation and obstruction removal,among which 5 medicines,namely dried tangerine,fingered citron,sichuan origin-chinaberry seeds,wood spice and cyperus rotundus,were taken as objects for study.Rate of extraction of the micro amounts elements from the 5 medicines mentioned above by decoction in water was also tested.In the FAAS determination,the sample was digested with a mixed acid of HNO3 and HClO4 in the volumic ratio of 4 to 1.Working conditions of the instrument were given in detail.Data obtained were beneficial for the utilization of the medicines.
