FI-CL Determination of Benzylpenicillin
摘 要
试验发现在5×10-3mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液的碱性介质中,由高碘酸钾与鲁米诺之间的氧化还原反应所产生的化学发光的强度因苄青霉素的存在而明显增强,且其增强程度与苄青霉素的浓度在0.01~15.0 mg·L-1范围内呈线性,方法的检出限(3σ)为1.0 μg·L-1,基于此并应用了流动注射技术,提出了一种简便而快速的测定苄青霉素的方法.加入1.0 mg·L-1的苄青霉素标准溶液对此方法的精密度做了试验,测得其相对标准偏差(n=11)为1.0%.在3件针剂样品的基础上加入了3种不同浓度的苄青霉素标准溶液,对方法的回收率做了试验,所得结果在97.2%~102.0%之间.
Abstract
It was found that in an alkaline medium of 5×10-3mol·L-1 NaNOH solution the intensity of chemiluminescence (CL),produced by the redox reaction between potassium periodate and luminol,was significantly enhanced by the presence of benzylpenicillin,and that the increase of magnitude of the CL intensity was directly proportional to the concentration of benzylpenicillin in the range of 0.01-15.0 mg·L-1,with the detection limit (3σ) 1.0 μg·L-1.Based on these facts and by application of flow-injection technique,a simple and rapid method for determination of benzypenicillin was proposed.Precision of determination was tested by addition of 1.0 mg·L-1 of standard benzylpenicillin solution for 11 determination,and the value of RSD obtained was 1.0%.Recovery test was made by adding standard benzylpenicillin solutions of 3 different concentrations to 3 samples of injections,and the results obtained were in the range of 97.2%-102.0%.
