Differentiation of Fermentation Liquors of Fungus Crasis by HPLC and TLC
摘 要
为确定两株真菌形成的融合菌株的有效性,以融合菌株和双亲本发酵液为研究对象,进行提取、离心、浓缩等预处理后,采用高效液相色谱法及薄层层析法对真菌融合菌株发酵液成分进行分析.对比融合菌株与两株真菌亲本因降解能力的不同而使发酵液组分产生的差异,从而鉴别融合菌株形成的真伪.
Abstract
Samples of fermentation liquors of fungus carsis and their parents were taken for the study.The sample liquors were pretreated according to prescribed procedure including extraction,centrifuging,concentration and etc.An aliquot of the concentrated sample solution was used for HPLC and TLC determinations.It was found that due to the difference of degradation ability of fungus crasis and their parants in the fermented liquors,different degradation products were obtained in different sample liquors,on the base of which differentiation of fungus crasis was performed.
