Rapid Determination of Cholesterol in Oil and Fat
摘 要
植物油或含动物油脂的样品用无水乙醇处理使其油脂完全溶解,分取部分试液供高效液相色谱法测定其胆固醇含量.用SB-C18分析柱(4.6 mm×150 mm)作为固定相,用甲醇与水(95+5)的混合液作流动相,其流速为1.0 mL·min-1,在208 nm波长处作紫外吸收检测.此方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.0 mg·L-1,方法的回收率在96.5%~99.0%之间.
Abstract
Samples of vegetable or animal oil or fat were treated with absolute ethanol and aliquots of the solutions obtained were used for HPLC determination of cholesterol contents.Analytical column of SB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm) was used as the stationary phase and mixture of methanol and water (95+5) was used as the mobile phase at the rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.UV-detections were made at the wavelength of 208 nm.Detection limit (3S/N) of the method was found to be 2.0 mg·L-1.Recovery was tested and the results obtained were in the range of 96.5%-99.0%.
