On the Retention Time of Odour from the Human-body
摘 要
应用质量变化法及固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法对人体气味在一定空间内的存留时间进行了研究.试验结果表明:在平均温度为25 ℃,平均相对湿度为64%的房间内,人体气味可存留至少60d,而且至少在20d内人体气味具有较好的质的稳定性.此外,借固相微萃取技术与气相色谱-质谱联用法相结合,检测到人体气味中常见的25种组分.
Abstract
Methods of mass-changing and GC-MS with SPME were applied to the study of retention time of odour from the human-body in a definite space.As shown by the experimental results,the retention time of the human-body odour within a room,with av.temperature of 25 ℃ and av.value of relative humidity of 64%,attained to at least 60d,and stability of the odour in respect to the quality was observed at least within 20d.With the help of the method GC-MS with SPME,25 ingredinets commonly found in human-body odour were detected.
