GC-MS Determination of Impurities and Microamounts of Aminobenzene in Butyl Acrylate
摘 要
应用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定了丙烯酸丁酯(BAT)中的杂质成分并确定其中的苯胺为外界引入的污染物,也是造成BAT在使用中出现红色的原因.采用固相微萃取法(SPME)在选定的萃取温度(25 ℃)和萃取时间(2 h)条件下对污染物进行预富集后,用气相色谱-质谱法作进一步检测,结果确定因苯胺与使用中加入的丙烯酸反应的生成物呈现红色.根据此红色生成物的质谱图,对其反应机理作了探讨.
Abstract
GC and MS in hyphenation was applied to the determination of impurities in butylacrylate (BAT).It was confirmed that among the impurities,aminobenzene was a pollutant introduced during transportation,and that the aminobenzene was the source of red coloration of BAT upon addition of acrylic acid in its usage.Under optimized conditions of temperature (25 ℃) and time (2 h) of extraction,SPME was used for enrichment of the pollutant,and it was further studied by GC-MS.As shown by the analytical results,the red coloration was produced by the reaction product of aminobenzene and acrylic acid.Based on the mass spectra of the red colored compound,mechanism of the reaction was discussed.
