Spectrophotometric Determination of Gallium with Victoria Pure Blue BO as Color Reagent
摘 要
以聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚为稳定剂,在pH 2.4的磷酸-磷酸二氢钠缓冲溶液中,维多利亚艳蓝BO与GaI-4反应生成缔合物,缔合物的最大吸收波长560 nm,表观摩尔吸光率5.53×105L·mol-1·cm-1.镓(Ⅲ)的质量浓度在1.3×10-3~7.0×10-2mg·L-1范围内遵守比耳定律.应用此方法测定了煤矸石和煤灰中痕量镓,所得结果与国家标准方法测得的结果相符.其相对标准偏差(n=8)均小于3%.测得方法的回收率97%~101%.
Abstract
An association complex between Ga(Ⅲ) (in form of GaI-4) and victoria pure blue BO in a phosphate buffer medium of pH 2.4 and in the presence of OP,was formed,having its absorption maximum at 560 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity (ε560) found was 5.53×105L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law was held in the range of 1.3×10-3-7.0×10-2mg·L-1 of gallium(Ⅲ).The proposed method was used in determination of gallium in samples of gangue and coal ash,results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by the standard method (GB/T 8208-1987),with values of RSD′s (n=8) less than 3%.Results of recovery test found were in the range from 97% to 101%.
