GC Determination of Residual Triazophos in Water Sample
摘 要
用气相色谱法对水样中残留的三唑磷的含量进行测定.水样经苯提取,采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)分离,用氮磷检测器测定.三唑磷的质量浓度在0.005~1.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为3.5 μg·L-1.方法的回收率在94.0%~97.5%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于3.7%.
Abstract
Residual amounts of triazophos in water sample were determined by GC with nitrogen-phosphorus detector (NPD).Residual triazophos in water sample was extracted with benzene and separated on HP-5 capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm).Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of triazophos was obtained in the range of 0.005-1.0 mg·L-1,with detection limit (3S/N) of 3.5 μg·L-1.Test for recovery was made by standard addition method,giving results in the range of 94.0%-97.5%.Values of RSD′s (n=6) found were less than 3.7%.
