ICP-MS Determination of Heavy Metal Elements in Cigarette Smoke
摘 要
提出了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定卷烟烟气中重金属元素铅、砷、镉、铬、镍和汞的含量.以硝酸溶液为捕集剂,用自制的吸收器收集卷烟烟气;以钪、钇、铟、铋的混合标准溶液作在线内标校正基体效应,通过选择适当的待测元素同位素消除光谱干扰.6种元素的检出限(3s/k)均低于0.01 μg·L-1.方法用于4种卷烟样品的测定,所得6种元素的回收率在89%~103%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.4%~3.4%之间.
Abstract
The contents of Pb,As,Cd,Cr,Ni and Hg in cigarette smoke were determined by ICP-MS.The HNO3 solution was used as trapping agent,and self-made absorber was used to absorb cigarette smoke.Matrix effect was corrected with mixed standard solution of Sc,Y,In and Bi as online internal standard,and spectral interferences were eliminated by choosing suitable isotopes of elements to be measured.Detection limits (3s/k) of the 6 elements were less than 0.01 μg·L.The proposed method was applied in the analysis of 4 kinds of cigarette samples,giving values of recovery in the range of 89%-103%,and RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 2.4%-3.4%.
