HG-AFS Determination of Tin in Antimony Concentrates
摘 要
提出了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定锑精矿中锡的方法.对各种影响测定的因素,包括酸介质的种类及其浓度、硼氢化钾的加入量、及锑(Ⅴ)和其他共存离子的干扰等条件作了研究并予以优化.荧光强度与锡的质量浓度在160 μg·L-1内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.50 μg·L-1.应用此法对两种锑精矿进行分析,并以此两样品为基体作回收试验,测得锡的回收率在92%~95%和92%~96%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为0.83%和7.2%.
Abstract
HG-AFS was applied to the determination of tin in antimony concentrates.Influential factors,including the concentration and kinds of acid medium,amount of potassium borohydride added,and interferences of Sb(Ⅴ) and other coexisting ions,were studied and optimized.Linear relationship between the values of fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of Sn found was within the range of 160 μg·L-1,with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.50 μg·L-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of two antimony concentrate samples.Using these samples as matrixes,tests for recovery and precision were made by standard addition method,values of recovery found were in the range of 92%-95% and 92%-96%,and RSD′s (n=6) were 0.83% and 7.2%.
