HG-AFS Determination of Inorganic Arsenic in Food After Separation with Cation Exchange Resin
摘 要
提出了以阳离子交换树脂分离无机砷与一甲基胂和二甲基胂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品中无机砷含量.对阳离子交换柱的制备,洗脱液的pH值和流速,共存离子的干扰等分析条件做了试验并予以优化.方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.76 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=12)为1.8%.该方法应用于黄瓜样品中无机砷含量的测定,加标回收率在96.3%~98.2%之间.
Abstract
Micro-amounts of inorganic arsenic in food was separated from MMA and DMA by cation exchange resin,and determined by HG-AFS.Preparation of the cation exchange column and analytical conditions,including pH of eluent,flow rate of eluent,and interferences of the coexisting ions were studied and optimized.Detection limit (3s/k) found was 0.76 μg·L-1,and RSD (n=12) was 1.8%.The proposed method was used in the determination of inorganic arsenic in cucumber sample,giving the values of recovery in the range of 96.3%-98.2%.
