FAAS Determination of Trace Amount of Lead in Titanium White
摘 要
钛白粉试样用氢氟酸溶解蒸至近干.驱除氢氟酸后用硝酸(1+1)溶解盐类,稀释至一定体积后用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中痕量铅.用氘灯扣背景,消除基体背景吸收干扰,于217.0 nm波长处测定铅,检出限(3σ)为0.03 mg·L-1.在4个不同浓度水平上做回收试验,所得回收率为95.5%~107.5%.对一已知含量(15.0 μg·g-1)的试样,测定8次,求得其相对标准偏差为3.56%.
Abstract
Sample of titanium white was dissolved in HF,and after evaporation to near dryness,the salts were taken up with HNO3(1+1) and diluted to a definite volume.Trace amount of lead in the sample solution was determined by FAAS with air-C2H2 flame and at the wavelength of 217.0 nm.Deuterium lamp background correction was applied to eliminate the interference of matrix-background absorption.Detection limit (3σ) found for the method was 0.03 mg·L-1.Recovery test was made at 4 different concentration levels,giving values of recovery in the range of 95.5%-107.5%.Test for precision was made with a sample containing 15.0 μg·g-1 of lead for 8 determinations,value of RSD found was 3.56%.
