FI-HG-AAS Determination of Inorganic Arsenic in Foodstuffs
摘 要
应用流动注射-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定了食品中无机砷的含量.用盐酸(1+1) 20 mL及还原剂溶液1 mL处理样品,使其中的无机砷溶出并还原,所得溶液定容至100 mL即可达到氢化砷发生及原子吸收光谱测定的最佳酸度条件.方法的线性范围在50 μg·L-1以内,检出限(3s/k)为0.22 μg·L-1.按所提出的方法测定了6种标准物质中的无机砷含量,所得结果与证书值相符;测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于2%.
Abstract
Inorganic arsenic in foodstuffs was determined by the FI-HG-AAS.Inorganic arsenic in sample was dissolved and reduced with 20 mL of HCl (1+1) and 1 mL of reductant solution,and the solution was diluted quantitatively to 100 mL to attain to the maximum acidity for hydride generation and AAS determination.Range of linearity was achieved within 50 μg·L-1,and detection limit (3s/k) found was 0.22 μg·L-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of 6 CRM′s,giving results in consistency with the certified values,and values of RSD′s (n=6) less than 2%.
