GFAAS Determination of Trace Amount of Gallium with Cloud Point Extraction
摘 要
以8-羟基喹啉为络合剂,在pH 6.86磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,痕量镓(Ⅲ)与8-羟基喹啉生成配合物,加入表面活性剂Triton X-114用浊点萃取法分离富集样品中痕量镓.表面活性剂相用0.1 mol·L-1硝酸甲醇溶液0.4 mL溶解,所得溶液直接用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法进行测定.对影响浊点萃取的因素和共存离子的干扰等进行了试验并予以优化.此方法的检出限(3σ)为2 pg.应用所提出的方法测定了血清和中草药样品中镓的含量,并用标准加入法进行了方法的回收试验,测得回收率在95.6%~104.8%之间.
Abstract
Trace amount of Ga(Ⅲ) was separated from water sample by forming a coordination complex with 8-hydroxyquinoline in PBS of pH 6.86 and by cloud point extraction with Triton X-114.The surfactant phase was dispersed in 0.4 mL of a mixture of 0.1 mol·L-1 HNO3 and methanol,and Ga(Ⅲ) the solution was determined by GFAAS.Influential factors of cloud point extraction and interferences of coexisting ions were studied and optimized.Detection limit (3σ) of the method found was 2 pg.The propose method was used in the determination of Ga in serum and Chinese herbal medicine,and the values of recovery of the method found by standard addition method were in the range from 95.6%-104.8%.
