Determination of Calcium Dobesilate at Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode
摘 要
制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极,研究发现:该修饰电极对多贝斯有良好的电催化作用,多贝斯在该修饰电极上出现了一对氧化还原峰,相对于裸玻碳电极,氧化还原峰电位差减至93 mV,提出了用循环伏安法测定多贝斯的方法.氧化峰电流与多贝斯的浓度在5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.0×10-8mol·L.
Abstract
Preparation of multi-walled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode (MWCNT′s/GCE) was reported in this paper.It was found that significant catalytic action of the MWCNT′s/GCE was observed on the reaction of calcium dobesilate (CD) at the electrode,showing a pair of oxidation and reduction peaks at the modified electrode,with potential difference of oxidation peak and reduction peak reduced to a value of 93 mV as compared with the reaction at the bare GCE.Base on these findings,a selective method for determination of CD by cyclic voltammetry was proposed.Linear relationship between values of oxidation peak current and concentration of CD was obtained in the ranges of 5.0×10-8-1.0×10-5,with detection limit (3S/N) of 2.0×10-8mol·L-1.
