Simultaneous Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Aweto by HG-AFS with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion
摘 要
采用微波样品消解-原子荧光光谱法同时测定冬虫夏草中砷和汞.对仪器的工作条件作了详述,还就各种对测定有影响的因素,包括样品消解条件,硼氢化钾的浓度、介质的种类及浓度等也作了研究并予以优化选择.荧光强度与砷及汞的质量浓度在10 μg·L-1及1 μg·L-1以内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)依次为砷0.2 μg·kg-1和汞0.02 μg·kg-1,精密度试验求得其相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于4.0%.应用此法对4个冬虫夏草样品进行分析,并以此样品为基体作回收试验,测得砷和汞的回收率分别在93.8%~104.4%和94.0%~98.0%之间.
Abstract
Double channel AFS with hydride generation was applied to the simultaneous determinations of arsenic and mercury in aweto.The working conditions of instrument were described in detail,and influential factors,including the sample digestion conditions,amount of potassium borohydride added,concentration and kinds of acids used were studied and optimized.Linear relationships between the fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of As and Hg found were in the ranges within 10 μg·L-1 and 1 μg·L-1,with detection limits (3S/N) of 0.2 μg·kg-1 and 0.02 μg·kg-1,respectively.Values of RSD′s (n=10) of the method found were less than 4.0%.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of aweto.Using these samples as matrixes,tests for recovery were made by standard addition method,values of recovery found were in the range of 93.8%-104.4%for arsenic,and 94.0%-98.0% for mercury.
