HPLC Determination of a New Herbicide (ZJ0777) and Its Hydrolysate
摘 要
提出测定新型除草剂ZJ0777的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用Diamonsil(TM)钻石-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水(60+40)混合溶液为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,测定ZJ0777及其水解产物.结果表明:ZJ0777质量浓度在5~100 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,对70.36 mg·L-1 ZJ0777标准溶液重复测定8次,相对标准偏差(n=8)为3.8%,加标平均回收率为100.9%.试验证明:ZJ0777在碱性介质及较高的温度条件下能迅速水解,例如在25 ℃,pH 12的碱性条件下,经1d反应,ZJ0777完全水解而不存在.
Abstract
The Diamonisil (TM)-C18 column was used as stationary column and a mixture of methanol and H2O (mixed in the ratio of 60 to 40) was used as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,in the HPLC determination of the new herbicide,ZJ0777,and its product of hydrolysis.Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of ZJ0777 was kept in the range from 5 to 100 mg·L-1.Values of RSD (n=8) found at the ZJ0777 concentration of 70.36 mg·L-1 by measuring of the peak areas was 3.8%.Recovery was tested by standard addition method,giving value of average recovery 100.9%.It was found that rapid hydrolysis of ZJ0777 was observed in alkaline medium and at higher temperatures and complete hydrolysis of ZJ0777 was achieved in alkaline medium of pH 12 at 25 ℃ after 1 day of reaction.
