ICP-AES Determination of Ca,Ba,Al and P in Multi-componental Deoxidizer
摘 要
样品经碳酸钠-硼酸熔融,用盐酸浸出,应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定炼钢用多元脱氧剂中钙、钡、铝、磷的含量.对熔剂的选择、酸度的选择、试样溶液浓度的影响等进行了试验.选择波长为315.887,233.527,213.618及309.271 nm 4条谱线依次作为测定钙、钡、磷和铝的分析线.应用此法测定了标准样品(GSBH 13603-96和YSB14605-2001)中4种元素的含量,回收率在95.0%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差(n=11)小于3.0%.测定值与认定值相一致.
Abstract
Sample of multi-componental deoxidizer was fused with a mixture of Na2CO3 and H3BO3,and the melt was dissolved in HCl. An aliquot of the sample solution was taken and used for ICP-AES determination of contents of Ca,Ba,Al and P. Analytical conditions,including choice of fusing agents,pH value and concentration of sample solution,were studied experimentally. Wavelengths of 315.887,233.527,213.618 and 309.271 nm were selected as analytical spectral lines for the determination of Ca,Ba,Al and P respectively. The proposed method was used in the analysis of standard sample (GSBH 13603-96 and YSB14605-2001),giving values of recovery in the range of 95.0%-103.5% and values of RSD′s (n=11) less than 3.0%. The results obtained conformed with the standard values.
