液滴化学传感室温磷光法测定微量苏丹Ⅲ
          
Room Temperature Phosphorescence Determination of Traces of SudanⅢ by Dropping Phosphorescence Chemosensing Technique

摘    要
在室温和微量环己烷存在下,β-环糊精能诱导溴代菲产生出强烈的磷光发射.微量的苏丹Ⅲ能显著猝灭溴代菲的室温磷光.利用液滴磷光传感技术考察了苏丹Ⅲ的浓度与反应体系磷光强度之间的关系,并对试验条件进行了优化,提出了液滴化学传感室温磷光法测定微量苏丹Ⅲ的方法.试验结果显示测定苏丹Ⅲ的线性范围为2.0×10-7~6.0×10-5mol·L-1.方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.1 mg·L-1.

Abstract
It was found that in the presence of microamounts of cyclohexane and under room temperature,strong phoshorescence was emitted by 9-bromophenanthrene (BrP) through induction of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD),and the phosphorescence was quenched obviously by the addition of trace amount of SudanⅢ.On the basis of the above mentioned phenomenon,and applying the dropping phosphorescence chemosensing technique simultaneously,a new method for determination of traces of SudanⅢ was proposed.Conditions of the phosphorescence reaction and working parameters of the phosphoro-spectrophotometer were studied and optimized.Phosphorescence intensity of the reaction mixutre (containing BrP,cyclohexane and β-CD,as well as the analyte,SudanⅢ) in the dropping liquid was measured at the wavelengths of 274 nm (λex) and 489 nm (λem).Linearity range for determination of SudanⅢ was obtained in the range of 2.0×10-7-6.0×10-5mol·L-1,and the detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.1 mg·L-1.
