Progress of HPLC Analysis of Natural Phenols and Organic Acids
摘 要
对近十年来高效液相色谱法在茶叶、葡萄酒、果汁、药物、化妆品等物质中天然酚、有机酸类化合物分析中的应用研究进行了详细评述(引用文献39篇).
Abstract
A review on the progress of application of HPLC to the analysis of samples of tea,grape wine,fruit juice,drugs and cosmetics for contents of natural phenols and organic acids,mainly during the last decade,was given in this paper,with 39 ref.cited.
