Institution of Fingerprint Spectra of Tobacco Essence by Hyphenation of GC and MS with Thermal Desorption and Its Application to Quality Control of the Tobacco Essence
摘 要
采用热解吸-气相色谱-质谱法,建立了香精的指纹图谱,利用夹角余弦和欧式距离法计算相似度.结果表明:利用热脱附技术能够简化样品预处理过程,保证试验的重复性,为建立指纹图谱提供可靠的数据,并避免样品预处理过程中有效成分的损失以及高沸点物质对色谱仪器的污染.夹角余弦法和欧氏距离法计算简单,两者结合能够全面考察香精的质量.
Abstract
The chromatographic fingerprint spectra of tobacco essence were instituted by hyphenation of GC and MS with thermal desorption,and the similarity was calculated by the methods of included angle cosine and Euclidean distance.It was shown that by applying the thermal desorption technique,not only the process of sample pretreatment was shortened and simplified,but also good repeatability of testing was attained,and thus to provide reliable data for the establishment of finger print spectra.Furthermore by using thermal desorption,loss of effective components during pretreatment of samples and pollution of the GC instrument by those high boiling-point substances were also prevented.And by the combination of the 2 easy calculation methods mentioned above,a comprehensive inspection on the quality of tobacco essence was attained.
