HPLD Determination of Bisphenol A Octylphenol and Nonylphenol in Water with Separation by Solvent Floatation
摘 要
以正辛醇为溶剂对水样中双酚A、辛基酚和壬基酚进行溶剂浮选分离和富集.水样溶液的适宜酸度为pH 3,通入速率为60 mL·min-1氮气浮选90 min.浮选完成时,分取上层清液10 μL供高效液相色谱分析用.上述3种环境激素的检出限(3s/b)依次为0.025,0.011,0.042 μg·L-1.以不含上述化合物的水样作为基体,采用标准加入法对方法做回收试验,测得回收率在93.3%~102.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.3%~4.9%之间.
Abstract
Bisphenol A,octylphenol and nonylphenol were separated from water sample and enriched by solvent floatation with n-octanol as solvent from the water sample at pH 3,and floated with nitrogen at a flow-rate of 60 mL·min-1,for 90 min.At the end of floatation,10 μL of the supernatant organic phase were taken for HPLC analysis.Detection limits (3s/b) found were 0.025 μg·L-1 (for bisphenol A),0.011 μg·L-1 (for octylphenol) and 0.042 μg·L-1 (for nonylphenol).Tests for recovery were made with a blank water sample as matrix by standard addition method,values of recovery were found in the range of 93.3% to 102.0%,with values of RSD′s (n=7) ranged from 1.3% to 4.9%.
