Determination of Residual Amounts of Organochloring Pesticides in Tobacco and in Cigarette Smoke by Capillary Column-Gas Chromatography
摘 要
烟草样品或从卷烟烟气中收集到的固态悬浮颗粒样品以正己烷在索氏提取器中提取,提取液用弗罗里硅土固相萃取净化,所得溶液经蒸缩至5 mL后,供气相色谱法测定.采用DB-5弹性石英毛细管柱分离样品,电子捕获检测器检测,共测定了17种有机氯农药(OCP′s),其检出限(3S/N)在0.02~0.10 μg·g-1范围内.平均加标回收率为86%~92%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为3.0%~4.1%.
Abstract
Sample of tobacco or of the suspended particles,collected from cigarette smoke using smoking machine and filter,was extracted with n-hexane.The extract was purified by passing through a florisil SPE column.The eluate (in n-hexane) from the column was concentrated to 5 mL and used for GC determination.The DB-5 elastic quartz capillary column was used for separation of the organochlorine pesticides (OCP′s) and ECD was adopted in GC-analysis.Seventeen OCP′s were determined by the method,with values of detection limit (3S/N) ranged from 0.02-0.10 μg·g-1.Recovery and precision were tested by adding standards of the OCP′s at 3 concentration levels to portions of a same tobacco sample and analyzed by the proposed method,values of average recovery and RSD′s (n=7) found were in the ranges of 86%-92% and 3.0%-4.1% respectively.
