FI-Chemiluminescence Determination of Caffeic Acid
摘 要
基于在酸性条件下,咖啡酸能增强高锰酸钾-罗丹明6G体系的化学发光强度,提出了测定咖啡酸的流动注射-化学发光法.在优化的试验条件下,咖啡酸的发光强度的增加值与其浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.4×10-8mol·L-1.方法用于咖啡酸片中咖啡酸含量的测定,回收率在98.0%~104.3%之间,相对标准偏差(n=11)为3.0%.
Abstract
Based on the enhancement of chemiluminescence (CL) of the reaction system of KMnO4-rhodamine 6G by caffeic acid in an acidic medium,and by using the flow injection technique,a method of FI-CL determination of caffeic acid was proposed.Linear relationship between the magnitude of increase in CL intensity and mass concentration of caffeic acid was obtained in the range of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-4mol·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 2.4×10-8mol·L-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of caffeic acid tablets,giving values recovery in the range of 98.0%-104.3% and RSD (n=11) of 3.0%.
