GF-AAS Determination of Arsenic in Banknote Printing Ink with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion
摘 要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定印钞油墨中总砷的含量.样品经硝酸-过氧化氢混合溶液微波消解,以硝酸镍作为基体改进剂,在优化的仪器工作参数下,砷的质量浓度在20 μg·L-1以内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.84 μg·L-1,方法的回收率在92.5%~104.3%之间.
Abstract
A method for the determination of arsenic in banknote printing ink by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was proposed.The sample was treated by microwave assisted sample digestion with a mixture of HNO3-H2O2,and determined with nickel nitrate as matrix modifier.Under the optimum experimental conditions,linear relationship between values of mass concentration and absorbance of arsenic was obtained in the range within 20 μg·L-1,with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.84 μg·L-1.Values of recovery found by addition standard method were in the range of 92.5%-104.3%.
