FAAS Determination of Trace Amount of Trace Elements in Rhizoma Polygonati Officinalis and Rhizoma Alismatis
摘 要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了玉竹和泽泻中钙、锌、铁、锰、铜、钾的含量.样品经硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消化,选择波长422.7,213.9,279.5,324.8,766.5,296.7 nm 6条谱线依次作为测定钙、锌、锰、铜、钾和铁的分析线.6种元素的质量浓度在一定的范围内均与其峰面积呈线性关系.该法用于玉竹和泽泻样品分析,两种样品中6种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于2.5%,回收率在96.2%~105.8%之间.
Abstract
Contents of six trace elements,including Ca,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu and K in rhizoma polygonati officinalis and rhizoma alismatis were determined by FAAS.The samples were digested with a mixed solution of HNO3 and HClO4(4+1 by vol.),and the wavelengths of 422.7,213.9,279.5,324.8,766.5 and 296.7 nm were selected as analytical lines for determination of the 6 elements respectively.Linear relationships of values of peak area and mass concentration of the 6 elements were obtained in definite ranges.The proposed method was used in the analysis of samples of rhizoma polygonati officinalis and rhizoma alismatis,giving values of RSD′s (n=7) less than 2.5% and recovery in the range of 96.2%-105.8%.
