HPLC Analysis for Dyestuffs of Blue Ink of Ball Pen
摘 要
采用反相高效液相色谱法-二极管阵列检测器对88种不同产地、不同厂商、不同品牌的蓝色的圆珠笔油墨字迹进行分析.以Xterra MS C18柱(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm)为分离柱,0.01 mol·L-1碳酸氢铵溶液与乙腈以体积比35比65混合溶液为流动相,流量为0.8 mL·min-1.根据油墨中分离出的主要染料成分结晶紫、甲基紫、碱性品蓝、碱性艳蓝B、碱性艳蓝BO、磺化铜酞菁、罗丹明B含量的不同,将所被分析的圆珠笔分为9类,并提出了根据染料成分的相对峰面积来区分同类圆珠笔品牌的方法.
Abstract
RP-HPLC with DAD was applied to the identification of components of blue ink of ball pens.The Xterra MS C18 column (3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used as stationary phase,and a mixed solution of 0.01 mol·L-1 NH4HCO3 solution and acetonitrile mixed in the ratio of 35 to 65 by volume was used as mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.A total of 88 kinds of blue ink of different categories were taken as testing samples,and based on their different components,including crystal violet,methyl violet,tetramethyl pararosaniline,victoria blue B,victoria blue BO,sulfonated copper phthalocyanine,rhodamine B,the ink samples were divided into 9 groups.The identification of brands of among these groups was proposed based on relative peak area of the components of ink.
