FAAS Determination of Heavy Metal Elements Pb,Cd and Ni in Traditional Chinese Medicines
摘 要
中药样品经浓硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了其中铅、镉和镍3种重金属元素的含量.对仪器的工作条件作了详述,选择波长为283.3,228.3,232.0 nm 3条谱线依次作为测定铅、镉和镍的分析线.应用此法测定了5种中草药(高良姜、甘草、川贝母、蜈蚣、僵蚕)中铅、镉和镍的含量,铅、镉和镍的标准加入回收率分别在97.8%~104.0%,93.5%~104.0%,95.6%~103.0%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2.5%.
Abstract
Three heavy metal elements,Pb,Cd and Ni in 5 traditional Chinese medicines (TCM′s) were determined by FAAS.The samples were digested with a mixed solution of conc.HNO3 and con.HClO4(4+1).The working conditions of the instrument were described in detail,and wavelengths of 283.3,228.3,232.0 nm were selected as analytical lines for the determination of Pb,Cd and Ni respectively.The proposed method was used in the analysis of 5 kinds of TCM′s,i.e.,galangal,licorice root,bulbus fritillariae cirrhosae,centipede and bombyx batryticatus,for the contents of Pb,Cd and Ni.The values of recovery of Pb,Cd,and Ni found by standard addition method were in the ranges of 7.8%-104.0%,93.5%-104.0% and 95.6%-103.0% respectively with values of RSD′s less than 2.5%.
