ICP-AES Determination of Trace Amounts of Si,Mn,P and Fe in the Vanadium-Aluminum Alloy
摘 要
提出了不经分离直接同时测定钒铝合金中微量元素硅锰磷铝的电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法.试验了基体元素钒和铝对测定的干扰,优化各元素的分析谱线,运用内标校正和同步背景校正消除基体影响.4种元素的检出限(3s/k)在0.002 5~0.020 mg·L-1之间.回收率为91.4%~103.3%之间.对已知样品分析所得4元素结果的相对标准偏差(n=8)均小于3%.
Abstract
An ICP-AES method for the direct and simultaneous determination of Si,Mn,P and Fe in V-Al alloy without preliminary separation was proposed.Interferences of the matrix elements of vanadium and aluminum were tested and were eliminated by internal standard and synchronous background calibration.Analytical spectral lines for Si,Mn,P and Fe in the determination were selected and optimized.Values of detection limits (3s/k) of the 4 elements found were in the range of 0.002 5-0.020 mg·L-1.Results of recovery test found by standard addition method were in the range of 91.4%-103.3%.Values of RSD′s (n=8) found from the results of analysis of a known sample were all less than 3%.
