Determination of Arsenic in Traditional Chinese Medicines Honeysuckle and Panpax Notoginseng by Chronopotentiometric Stripping Analysis
摘 要
提出了以镀金玻碳电极为工作电极的计时电位溶出法测定中药材中砷的含量.选择富集电位为-0.40 V,溶出底液为2.5 mol·L-1硝酸,在+0.13 V(vs.SCE)电位处获得一灵敏的砷(Ⅲ)的二次微分电位溶出峰,且该溶出峰的峰高与砷的质量浓度在2.0~10.0 μg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为1.0 μg·L-1.方法用于中药材金银花和田七中痕量砷的测定,回收率分别为96.7%和107.1%.
Abstract
A method for the determination of arsenic in traditional Chinese medicines by chronopotentiometric stripping analysis was proposed with gold-plated glassy carbon electrode as working electrode.A sensitive 2ndary differential potentiometric stripping peak of As was obtained at the potential of +0.13 V (vs.SCE),when accumulation potential taken was -0.40 V and 2.5 mol·L-1 HNO3 was used as base solution.Linear relationship between values of the peak height and mass concentration of arsenic was kept in the range of 2.0-10.0 μg·L-1.Detection limit (3S/N) of the method was found as 1.0 μg·L-1.The proposed method was used in the analysis of samples of honeysuckle and panpax notoginseng,giving values of recovery of 96.7% and 107.1% respectively.
