Spectrophotometric Determination of Metoclopramide Based on Its Charge Transfer Reaction with Chloranilic Acid
摘 要
试验表明:甲氧氯普胺与氯冉酸在乙醇介质中,室温条件下即可形成稳定的1∶1型荷移络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长为532 nm,表观摩尔吸光率为1.21×103L·mol-1·cm-1.甲氧氯普胺的质量浓度在10.0~300.0 mg·L-1范围内服从比耳定律.用甲氧氯普胺标准溶液平行测定6次,其测定值的相对标准偏差为0.58%.按此方法分析了2个不同批号的甲氧氯普胺药物,所得结果与药典法测定结果相符.以此样品作基体用标准加入法作回收试验,求得回收率在97.8%~101.5%之间.
Abstract
It was found that in an ethanol medium,a charge transfer complex with mole ratio of 1 to 1 was formed by the reaction between metoclopramide and chloranilic acid,showing its absorption maximum at the wavelength of 532 nm. Apparent molar absorptivity of 1.21×103L·mol-1·cm-1 was found,and Lambert. Beer′s law was kept in the range of 10.0-300.0 mg·L-1 for metoclopramide. Precision of the method was tested with standard solution of metoclopromide for 6 determinations,giving value of RSD 0.58%. Two samples of metoclopromide from different batches were analyzed by the proposed method giving results in consistency with results found by the pharmacopeia method and recovery was tested by standard addition method with these samples as matrixes,the values of average recovery found were in the range of 97.8%-101.5%.
