HG-AFS Determination of Selenium in Yantao with Ultrasonic Assisted Sample Digestion
摘 要
对GB/T 5009.93-2003标准的试样处理方法作了改进.猕猴桃样品经硝酸-高氯酸(2+3)混合酸消化,超声波消解20 min后,按原标准所规定的条件用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定猕猴桃中硒的含量.方法的检出限(3s/k)为 0.01 μg·L-1.对同一猕猴桃样品进行5次平行测定,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)为4.6%,并用国家标准方法作分析结果对照,两方法测得结果相符.
Abstract
As a modification for method of sample pretreatment of the standard (GB/T 5009.93-2003),ultrasonic treatment for 20 min was adopted in the sample digestion of yangtao with the mixed acid of HNO3 and HClO4(2+3). The content of selenium was then determined by HG-AFS same as described in the standard. Detection limit (3s/k) was founed to be 0.01 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a yangto sample for 5 replicate determinations,giving value of RSD (n=11) 4.6%. The results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by GB standard method.
