Determination of Ammonia in Mainstream of Cigarette Smoke by Ion-chromatography
摘 要
用离子色谱法测定卷烟主流烟气中氨.选取同一包装中的卷烟,按行标YC/T 29-1996的规定用吸烟机抽吸.用剑桥滤片捕集卷烟烟气粒相部分,将所得滤片用0.005 mol·L-1盐酸溶液提纯.用0.005 mol·L-1盐酸溶液吸收卷烟烟气气相部分.将两份盐酸溶液合并后再通过装填有MCI-GEL反相树脂的固相萃取柱除去焦油和烟碱类物质,然后用离子色谱测定氨.方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.006 mg·L-1.在吸烟所得提取液中的加标回收率在95.6%~102.5%之间.试样平行7次测定的相对标准偏差为3.1%.方法用于10种品牌卷烟中氨的测定,氨量范围为7.62~14.0 μg·支-1.
Abstract
Sample of cigarettes was selected from a same package and smoked by the smoking machine under the regulations mentioned in the standard YC/T 29-1996.Particulate phase in the mainstream of cigarette smoke was collected on cambridge filter,and the gaseous phase was absorbed in 0.005 mol·L-1 HCl solution.The particulate phase on the filter was extracted with 0.005 mol·L-1 HCl.Solutions containing the gaseous phase and extracts from particulate phase were combined.An aliquot of 6 mL was taken and passed through the MCI-GEL solid phase extraction (SPE) column to remove tar and nicotinamide.The initial 2 mL of the eluate were discarded,and the latter 4 mL were used for IC determination of ammonia (as NH+4-ion).Detection limit (3S/N) was found to be 0.006 mg·L-1.Tests for recovery were made by adding standard NH+4-solution to extracts of the smoke,values of recovery were found in the range of 95.6%-102.5%.Values of RSD found from data of 7 replicate determinations was 3.1%.Ten brands of native produced cigarettes were analyzed by this method,giving contents of ammonia in the range of 7.62-14.0 μg per one cigarette.
