Selective Adsorption of Volatile Aldehydes and Ketones in Mainstream of Cigarette Smoke Using Composite Material of Activated Carbon and Chitosan
摘 要
制备了活性炭-壳聚糖复合材料,并使用热重分析仪观测了复合材料的质量随温度在30~550 ℃之间的变化特点.结合高效液相色谱法,对分别添加活性炭-壳聚糖复合材料、活性炭和壳聚糖的卷烟复合滤咀对主流烟气中挥发性醛酮类化合物和其它物质(如焦油、烟碱等)的吸附效果进行了试验.结果表明:相较之添加两种单体材料的卷烟滤咀,添加了活性炭-壳聚糖复合材料的卷烟滤咀对主流烟气中挥发性醛酮有较好的吸附作用;且该复合材料对抽吸品质有所改善,舒适度提高,烟气刺激性降低.
Abstract
The composite material of activated carbon with chitosan was prepared and its characteristic of loss in mass during the temperatures from 30 ℃ to 550 ℃ was studied by thermo gravimetry.Adsorptive efficiency of filter tips added separately with the composite mateerial,activated carbon and chitosan towards the volatile aldehydes and ketones as well as other harmful substances,e.g.,tar,nicotine and etc.,in the mainstream of cigarette smoke was tested by HPLC.As shown by the testing results,better adsorption was attained by the filter tips added with the composite material as compared with those added with activated carbon or chitosan separately.In addition,the use of filter tips added with the composite material,also improved the taste and decreased irritation in smoking.
