HPLC Determination of Tanning Preventives in Cosmetics
摘 要
采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中4种防晒剂p-二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙基己酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯和二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯的含量.样品用甲醇超声提取,高速离心10 min,取上清液经0.45 μm滤膜过滤后,以HPLC-Cartridge RP-18e色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-水(88+12)混合溶液为流动相进行分离,在350 nm波长检测二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯,在305 nm波长检测p-二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙基己酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯和水杨酸乙基己酯.4种防晒剂的峰面积与其质量浓度均在100.0 mg·L-1范围以内呈线性关系,4种防晒剂的检出限(3S/N)在0.015~0.115 mg·L-1范围内,加标回收率在92.8%~105.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.12%%~2.27%之间.
Abstract
HPLC was applied to the simultaneous determination of 4 tanning preventives,including 2-ethylhexyl-4-dim- ethylaminobenzoate,2-ethylhexyl-4-methoxycinnamate,2-ethylhexyl salicylate and diethylaminohydroxy-benzoyl hexyl benzoate in cosmetics.The sample was ultrasonically extracted with methanol and centrifuged speedily for 10 min.The supernatant obtained was filtrated with 0.45 μm filtering membrane,and then separated on HPLC-Cartridge RP-18e column with methanol-water (88+12) solution as mobile phase.The contents of the 4 tanning preventives were determined at the wavelength 350 nm for diethylaminohydroxy-benzoyl hexyl benzoate and 305 nm for the other 3 tanning preventives.Linear relathionships between the values of peak area and mass concentration were kept in the range within 100.0 mg·L-1,with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.015-0.115 mg·L-1.The values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 92.8%-105.2%,with RSD′s (n=6) ranged from 1.12% to 2.27%.
