Applications of Computer Simulation of Radiographic Testing
摘 要
结合XRSIM软件,介绍了射线检测计算机仿真技术的过程及原理;同时讲述了XRSIM软件的操作过程和功能特点。以钛合金铸件为例,介绍了射线检测计算机仿真技术在检测工艺编制、缺陷检测能力试验、可检测性分析三个方面的应用。将射线检测计算机仿真技术应用到产品检测中,可以缩短工艺试验时间,有助于优化检测工艺并节省成本。
Abstract
Combined with XRSim software,the general process and principle of computer simulation of radiography testing is introduced. The operation steps and functions of XRSim are introduced at the same time. Taking castings of Ti alloy as examples,applications of computer simulation of radiography in technique sheet arrangement,defects detection ability testing and POD are presented. Using computer simulation of radiography in products testing can reduce experimental time and be conducive to optimize inspection scheme and save cost.
