On the Non-correlatively Displayed Magnetic Trace Morphology of Bearing Parts and the Reasons
摘 要
利用失效分析等手段,对高碳铬轴承钢制铁路轴承零件的各类非相关磁痕形貌的微观组织进行了技术分析。结果表明:在轴承零件制造过程和用户对产品的验收过程中,常见的非磁痕形貌是因带状碳化物引起的非相关磁痕,其他的非相关磁痕比较少见。
Abstract
With the means of failure analysis,non related magnetic microstructure morphology of various types on bearing parts for high carbon chromium bearing steel is technically analyzed. The results showed that in the process of bearing parts manufacturing and in the process of acceptance for product,the commonly observed uncorrelated magnetic marks were caused by banded carbide on bearing parts,but the non-related magnetic trace was scarcely observed. In this paper,suggestions for improvement were given.
