Analysis on Objective Lens and Indenter Damage Cases of Micro Hardness Tester
摘 要
VMH-I04显微硬度计是一款自动化程度较高的显微硬度测试设备,在常规显微硬度的检测中实用性很高。但在工作中也发现一些容易引起物镜和金刚石压头被样品碰伤的情况,笔者对上述案例的过程、原因和解决措施作了详细阐述和分析。
Abstract
Micro hardness tester VMH-I04 is a very practical device with high-degree automation in micro hardness testing. However, its objective lens and diamond indenter would be damaged incidentally by the sample in the practical work. Regarding to the cases, processes, reasons and corresponding solutions were illustrated and analyzed in detail.
