Application of Automatic Electrolytic Etching Technique in Continuous Cast Billets Etch Test for Macrostructure and Defect
摘 要
对国内外连铸钢坯低倍检验中的几种电解腐蚀方式进行了分析和对比,介绍了一种有效的全自动电解腐蚀技术及其装备——全自动电解腐蚀机。通过对该项技术在国内一些钢厂应用实践的总结和基本技术特征的客观阐述,讨论了该项技术在我国钢铁企业进一步广泛应用的可行性。
Abstract
Several electrolytic etching modes for macro-etch test of continuous cast billets were analyzed and compared. And an effective automatic electrolytic etching technology and its equipment —— Electrolytic Macroetcher were introduced. The basic characteristics and application practice of some steel mills in our country of this technology were reviewed, and the wide application feasibility of this technology in iron and steel enterprises in the future was discussed.
